Dr. Rachel Knox, MBA is a certified Cannabinoid Medicine specialist and Clinical Endocannabinologist with a background in Family, Integrative, and Functional Medicine. Along with her family, she founded the American Cannabinoid Clinics and ADVENT Academy. Dr. Knox is a policy and regulatory consultant on cannabis health equity, and her passion extends into educating communities of color about the role cannabis can play in addressing the Minority Health Disparity Gap, and the broader way in which cannabis can impact the physical, spiritual, social, economic, and political wellness of these communities. Dr. Knox is the current Chair of the Oregon Cannabis Commission, member of Portland’s Cannabis Policy Oversight Team, Board Member for Doctors for Cannabis Regulation, Board Member of Minority Cannabis Business Association, Advisory Board Member of the American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine, Co-founder of the Cannabis Health Equity Movement, and Board Member for Nuleaf Project PDX.

Robert W.E. Laurie is an international lawyer, qualified in England and called to the British Columbia Bar. Robert founded AD LUCEM LAW CORPORATION in Vancouver in 2013 and his legal practice focuses on commercial business, government regulatory and constitutional issues surrounding cannabis and psychedelic plant medicines.
Robert serves as a Board Advisor to the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) Canada, Steve DeAngelo’s Last Prisoner Project, SPORE Denver and Legal Advisor to the Heroic Hearts Project UK. Robert is one of the Founding Partners with Dr. Dennis McKenna of the McKenna Academy of Natural Philosophy. He serves as a Director with Jay DeMerit and Ashleigh McIvor’s Rise and Shine Foundation and Rex Weyler’s Ecuador Amazon Restoration Project. Robert holds an M.A. (Hons) Juris from the University of Oxford (St. Edmund Hall) and B.A. (Hons) in Political Science and International Relations from the University of British Columbia.

Just as importantly, Dr. Janice is on the forefront of the movement to disrupt the health care system as understanding the science will demand changes in the approach to patient wellness in the future.

Trevor is a social-entrepreneur and owner of Liberty Root Therapy Ltd., a business dedicated to healing and transformation using the anti-addictive plant medicine ibogaine and other psychedelic compounds. Trevor currently serves as Board Chair for the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) Canada and is a former Executive Director of the Global Ibogaine Therapy Alliance. Featured in the award-winning documentary about using magic mushrooms and Iboga to heal addiction, anxiety and depression called DOSED, he is also a founding member of the newly formed Canadian Psychedelic Association.
Saul has worked in the cannabis industry for the past 5 years and watched the industry develop from its infancy. His career began 20 years ago as a retail pharmacist. Today, he manages multiple retail and online pharmacy stores with global distribution and have founded and operate a number of other businesses. Saul brings his expertise and experience from the global cannabis industry to the psychedelics space where he is making a positive impact.
